If you are looking for rich flavors and a cup of coffee with little to no acidic bite, this is the bean for you. It's an excellent-tasting bean that is mellow, smooth, and easy to drink.

It features chocolate, caramel, and some nutty flavors, as well as some light floral accents that come out on the lighter roasts.

We enjoy this the best anywhere between a light to medium-dark.

Best coffee out there!

Zero Heartburn After 10 Years

First off - this stuff is the best. I use the Breville Barista Express grind fineness 2, 18 grams of beans. The taste from the Yellowstone - Medium roast is some of the best coffee I've ever had.

I started drinking Brian and Rachel's coffee in the summer of 2023. Had been taking heartburn medicine on and off for 10 years prior. After a couple months of strictly drinking their coffee (for the taste) I noticed that I was no longer experiencing heartburn. I couldn't believe it, huge added bonus.

Fresh beans that taste great

The Yellowstone bean is the best tasting coffee bean I've had. No joke. I usually drink americanos and one of the most important factors in pulling consistently good espresso shots is the freshness of the beans. And so knowing that the beans I'm getting have been roasted usually within the last week to two weeks is a plus. Great taste. Fresh. I would recommend.

If Your Favorite Bean Is Out of Stock...

To maintain a high level of quality and freshness, our organic coffee bean suppliers only stock a set amount of each bean per year. This is to prevent overstocking so beans DO NOT go old or stale before they arrive at our doorstep for roasting.

Unfortunately this means that our supply of certain coffee beans will run out for a short period of time each year while the stock is being replenished. Ensuring that we only roast high-quality and fresh organic coffee beans.
