Rocky Mountain Decaf
Rocky Mountain Decaf is a rich cup of chocolate and nutty. Almond, caramel, and dark chocolate are the backbone of this cup with a little crispness up front in medium roasts. Medium to dark is the sweet spot for this decaf. Medium roasts have a rounder body, caramel turning to toffee and chocolate underneath. Dark roasts have some smoky notes with a heavier body and very low acidity.
This is a popular bean for those who aren't looking for the rush of a caffeinated drink but still want a tasty cup of coffee or espresso shot.
It is an organic water-processed decaf, which is an entirely different process than how non-organic coffee is decaffeinated, and originates from Honduras.

To maintain a high level of quality and freshness, our organic coffee bean suppliers only stock a set amount of each bean per year. This is to prevent overstocking so beans DO NOT go old or stale before they arrive at our doorstep for roasting.
Unfortunately this means that our supply of certain coffee beans will run out for a short period of time each year while the stock is being replenished. Ensuring that we only roast high-quality and fresh organic coffee beans.
