It is an organic water-processed decaf, which is an entirely different process than how non-organic coffee is decaffeinated.

If Your Favorite Bean Is Out of Stock...
To maintain a high level of quality and freshness, our organic coffee bean suppliers only stock a set amount of each bean per year. This is to prevent overstocking so beans DO NOT go old or stale before they arrive at our doorstep for roasting.
Unfortunately this means that our supply of certain coffee beans will run out for a short period of time each year while the stock is being replenished. Ensuring that we only roast high-quality and fresh organic coffee beans.
