This is an organic bean that originates from Mexico. It is a low acidity bean with a clean, sweet edge.
Light roasts can give a dry, nutty flavor with a citric edge.
We recommend this bean in a medium to dark roast as a nice chocolatey tone comes through with a hint of caramel and floral. Darker roasts will be more bold with a stronger nutty tone balanced with a smoky bakers chocolate flavor.

To maintain a high level of quality and freshness, our organic coffee bean suppliers only stock a set amount of each bean per year. This is to prevent overstocking so beans DO NOT go old or stale before they arrive at our doorstep for roasting.
Unfortunately this means that our supply of certain coffee beans will run out for a short period of time each year while the stock is being replenished. Ensuring that we only roast high-quality and fresh organic coffee beans.
