Keweenaw - Organic
The bean originated from the Pitalito Huila region in Colombia. It is a smooth, low-acidity bean.
We recommend medium to dark roasts with this bean as light roasts tend to be a bit on the lemony side. Medium roasts remove the citrus edge and turn sweet and creamy with chocolate and nutty accents.
Dark roasts will turn semi-sweet, heavier-bodied and add a little smoke to the roast.
Bags contain 12oz of coffee beans.

If Your Favorite Bean Is Out of Stock...
To maintain a high level of quality and freshness, our organic coffee bean suppliers only stock a set amount of each bean per year. This is to prevent overstocking so beans DO NOT go old or stale before they arrive at our doorstep for roasting.
Unfortunately this means that our supply of certain coffee beans will run out for a short period of time each year while the stock is being replenished. Ensuring that we only roast high-quality and fresh organic coffee beans.
This is only temporary and if your favorite bean is currently out of stock, don't worry! It will be back on the shelves soon. Thank you for understanding.
