This unique blend is composed of 90% Organic Honduran Bean (Yellowstone) and 10% Ethiopian Kayon Mountain Bean. The flavors fused together deliver a remarkably smooth cup.
The Honduran bean anchors the cup with notes of chocolate, caramel, and floral while the Ethiopian bean introduces subtle notes of citrus.
We recommended this blend in a Medium Roast to optimize flavor profiles.
This blend is offered in Whole Bean or Ground. It was tailored for drip machines but also delivers a delicious cup of espresso.

If Your Favorite Bean Is Out of Stock...
To maintain a high level of quality and freshness, our organic coffee bean suppliers only stock a set amount of each bean per year. This is to prevent overstocking so beans DO NOT go old or stale before they arrive at our doorstep for roasting.
Unfortunately this means that our supply of certain coffee beans will run out for a short period of time each year while the stock is being replenished. Ensuring that we only roast high-quality and fresh organic coffee beans.
